Delivery

We use ground transportation with UPS and USPS companies. Special cases include only shipments for Puerto Rico, Canada or PO BOX.                                                                                                   
- UPS ground and USPS priority mail: It is a standard shipment for the United States with an estimated period of 3 to 7 business days depending on the state and city in which it is located.               
- UPS Next Day Air: You must first contact an advisor to request this option.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

The shipping cost is automatically calculated in the system and depends on the delivery address. Free shipping is exclusive within the Continental United States, depending on the day's promotion and does NOT apply to customers who have credit for returns.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?

The delivery time of the products is approximately 3 to 7 days, and 10 to 30 days outside the United States. Delivery times start counting from the second day after payment confirmation. At the time of approval of the payment of your order, you will receive an email with the confirmation and updates of the order. To check the status of your purchase you can enter "Order History" on our website.

There is no set schedule for deliveries. 

DO I HAVE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE IN PERSON?

The order may be received by a person of legal age who is available to sign. All packages are sent with a mandatory Signature Required, if you do not agree, please leave a note in your order. * SKA studio by ColmodaUSA is not responsible for damage or loss of packages sent without a Signature Required or with incorrect addresses by customer

THE CARRIER MADE THE FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT WHAT CAN I DO?

The carrier is free to make 1 or up to 3 delivery attempts, if there is no one available to receive and sign it, it will be taken to an access point (Access Point or Post Office) to be collected; If it is not claimed, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will have to pay shipping costs for a new delivery.

If you register an address other than yours such as that of a relative or work, enter the information correctly. We are not responsible for whoever receives the order.
